The Costa del Sol Cable Car joins
Benalmádena and the top of
Monte Calamorro, one of the most elevated points of the province
of Málaga, at a height of 769 meters. From the top a panoramic
view of the Costa del Sol can be seen. Also, The Sierra Nevada,
The Valley of the Guadalhorce and on clear days Gibraltar and
the African coast.
Each cabin of the Cableway has a capacity of
4 people. The duration of the car ride itself is approximately
15 minutes. At the top of the mountain it is possible to walk to
the tremendous viewpoints..also sign-posted pathways down from the mountain for
those who may wish to walk.
